Cancelation 

 Appointment Changes & Cancellations

  • Cancelations and rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) result in a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Why This Matters

Your appointment is reserved just for you. When a cancellation happens without enough notice, it prevents another client from receiving care. This policy helps me maintain a schedule that supports both client healing and therapist well-being.
